Trying to iIdentify a houseplant

    Are we sure its not Prunus Lourocerasus Plasticus? ;)

    Hi,

    Sorry I've been away so long !! I have finally got broadband at home [​IMG]

    The plant does have white sap and the leaves look just like the strongylodon above. I don't remember the parent plant having a brown stem like the picture though. Plus the leaves on the pic above are mainly at the top of the plant whereas the leaves on mine run further down the stem. I think they are clocely related though.

    By the way, the seeds are very small and dark brown, around 2mm in diameter and I think they were round. They grew around the top of the stem and - now I think about it there could have been flowers at the top (not what I'd class as flowers though - I dont' know a lot about plants !)at the top, attached to the stem were lots of really thin, feathery brown protrusions
