What super photos Frogesque just wish that Lanzarote was as fertile and produced the same range of flowers in March. The only stuff that seems to grow naturally in the larva and ash are low growing things like mesembryanthemums of which there was a wide variety.

The up-side of our holiday was meeting this Spanish bird who seemed to be attracted to me. Her English was pretty limited but I could understand 'coo'.

No did not go to water gardens in Tenerife but will put it down for next time as its definately a place to keep returning to.

I went to turkey on my honeymoon - nearly came back divorced! that was in August, we paid extra for air conditioning (which you will need) but they never turned it on!

Was it on the left hand side as you went up to the botanical gardens? It looks lovely.

No it's right next to the Casino on the hill above the town. The casino's has it's own tacky gardens and watercascade but these are next door and privately owned. [IMG]
shouldn't be putting these on Frogeque's page.

Well the casino would not tempt me, but the garden would - good excuse for a holiday.
