24,000 Ukranian soldiers " missing "

Ukranian law states no pension or payment is made to next of kin or spouses of fallen soldiers who are registered as missing.

So no body to bury and no compensation to help the families.

I had heard he was a comedian and played a part as a fictional president before getting into politics.

 

Jailed Russian opposition politician Alexei Navalny is dead.

Putin is again true to form. Next thing we'll hear is that he has won 103.5% of the votes in the upcoming election.

Putin's place in the afterlife is assured - but not in a good way.

 

The prison service in the Yamalo-Nenets district said Navalny had "felt unwell" after a walk on Friday.

A walk is probably a forced march in -30c for 5 hours, a gentle stroll in the sunshine I doubt.

 

All the politicians and journalists rightly condemning his arrest,imprisonment and ultimately his death......

But nothings heard about Julian Assange having to hide in an embassy for years, then being arrested by the UK police, being held in a max security prison in isolation, and not being given a Trial.

Wheres the condemnation ? Not a squeek is heard . One rule for one and one rule for another

 

I really have to laugh at that word, "condemnation" when I see it used to describe a reaction to truly bad/evil behaviour.

Our Prime Minister has done so many crooked things and everyone "condemns" his actions.

I picture a bunch of Monty Python style peasants shouting and instead of using jabbing pitchforks and torches, they all are wringing their hands..

 

So we watch the news and see how us Americans are suppose to send Billions of dollars to the Ukraine. Enough is enough, want it to stop. Doubt any other country is doing that. We are a fool for doing that, dumb Joe.
