As we're going into rain season, things should be perking up here soon!

 

Nicandra physaloides, also known as the Shoo-fly Plant or Apple of Peru. Annual up to 4ft. - sow March, will bloom July to first frost. These were some pics I took when trying to identify a sporadic that turned up in compost. Self seeds freely if you let it.
