Use of seeds containing Thiram

    I think it's something most gardeners do, bring a few seeds back from their holidays even cuttings.
    Anything with soil on is a bit more tricky regarding getting it into the soap bag:biggrin: but it goes on all the time.

    The thing is are we more worried about the actual seeds or the seed dressing.
    I think customs would probably just take them off you, if found.
    If you see some of that stuff some of our residents are trying to get through customs I think a few seeds is pretty minor.

    Like some food products, the "headline" labelling can be somewhat complicated . If you are lucky and have an hour to spare and a microscope to hand, you may just discover that the product has actually only spent about 5 minutes in the UK :biggrin:

      At least it has had to pass our own import rules even if theyre barely enforced! In New Zealand they take it seriously and have avoided dozens of super plagues already, only after their plagues of stoats and so on though. The box moth has killed every box in my town in only a few years, huge damage both economically and enviromentally.
