    I like the idea of the change. The ratings are understandable and realistic, and we all want to be gardeners of some sort!! I don't think it matters what the posts/threads are about. We all tend to deviate from the subject of the Thread as the posts get longer and longer. As for nobody wanting to be Head Gardener, my wife knew she was Head Gardener!!

    I reckon its all ok. I think quite quickly we learn familiar names, and work out who specialises in what, or who's still near the bottom of the learning curve etc. For me personally, I don't even look at the title or the post count or reputation or any of that, it just doesn't occur to me to do so. I just read what people have written.
