    Yes, there is something very delicate and refreshing about Elderflower drinks isn't there? :)

      I made some in a pop bottle and it exploded. Luckily I was on holiday at the time or it could have been a very nasty incident. Showered with shards of glass and sugar syrup!

      My Elderflower Fizz is in plastic bottles as for some unknown reason all my glass bottles are missing:scratch:......it's going to be interesting:sofa::heehee:
