Very cold early Sun 5th Oct

Being next to a giant storage heater AKA the sea with a temp of around 18°C helps. I'm about as far as you can get from the sea in any direction.

 

Thanks Scrungee, your heads up meant I put some vulnerable plants in my shed yesterday, hopefully they'll be fine.

I am on the south coast, this mornings temp 3.7 in the greenhouse. Thanks for the heads up on the forecast I had everything wrapped up in fleece by yesterday

 

It was 5C here this morning.
No frost in the garden or on my allotment, too many bushes and trees, but I did notice a pumpkin plant on one of the allotments further down was limp where the frost had caught the leaves.

 

Went down to 6.1c/43'f which wasn't as cold as forecasted
