Thank you walnut, Kandy and D1zi. I'm still not happy with the sunset on Capelinhos.

    However, here is Simplicity ...

It's warm here so I thought something cooler was in order! [IMG]

Thanks, rosa, it's lovely and "cool" feeling and in my "other" side of painting.

You've slowed down a bit lately. Hope the hand and the health is improving, Sweetie! [IMG]

Not liking the sunset in Capelinhos and t'other half saying it looked like a squooshed Cadbury Creme Egg yolk, I have re-worked that part of the sky ... now it looks insipid!

I might agree with a bit of pink on the yellow but that "brown" is black lava ... it's a dormant volcano we visited and nothing grows on lava, rosa, so a shrub would be well out of place, I'm afraid!

Magic it definitely would be!

Put a bit of lavender on the sunset, rosa, and it looks better, thanks.

    Here's The Waterfall ...

This is NOT Victoria Falls, that vast crack in the earth dividing Zimbabwe and Zambia which dramatically falls (the largest waterfall on the planet) into the Zambezi River. There's your Geography lesson for today ... :D

PS I've edited to spell Zambia correctly for your Geography lesson! [img]redface.gif

Hey, another nice one Sis! I like the colour of the water. Is it a particular waterfall or just any?

Thanks, Sis. Can't remember, Canada comes to mind and obviously I modified greatly, ie, removed a huge hotel from the top because that was too much detail for me and I don't DO detail as you know! [IMG]

I'll have to look back / think back as it was a memory thing.

Victoria Falls would really be my siggy, wouldn't it ... but although it's beautifully dramatic, it's boring, actually! :(
