Thank you rosa and imp. [IMG]

I think I've finished Bay View ... but I haven't put the paints away because I tend to do touchups for a week thereafter.

A view on entering the dining area ...

And viewing it from the deck ...

It doesn't show up in the photographs, but the clouds and waves are lined in silver metallic acrylic paint.

    That is really lovely, Sis.

It looks like you are in a cool cave and just need to walk out and down to the beach for a swim.

The other murels were nice but this one is the best of all - very well done!

Gosh, how rude of me .... thank you so much Kathy3, Sis, 02, Cutie and rosa.

I haven't done anything since the wall painting but decided recently to pick up a brush again ... well, to be honest, a J-cloth and do something different yet again. I don't know what one would call this style .... I'm calling it Coral Reef ... even if it looks like a Laura Ashley print ....

It's painted on a 20cm x 60cm stretched canvas in textured acrylic, using bronze and gold paint which unfortunately doesn't show up on camera.

Gosh, I am really out of practice and it's taken me forever to get my head around painting again, but with an exhibition coming up commencing next week I've got to pull myself together ....

So here's The Magic of Kalu ... a painting done from a photograph I took last year sitting at 'our' table ....

It's painted in acrylics on a 25x30cm stretched canvas.

:thmb: Like it Vicky..! You get the feeling of being in the cool of the shade, but heat of the sun out there. Very peaceful, not a bird or person to spoil the outlook.. Nice one.! :gnthb: Best of luck too with the forth coming exhibition too.! :gnthb:

:) Thank you kindly Marley, Penny and Pal.

Now that it's on the screen in front of me, I see my sea is sliding off to the left (I have this problem with photographs also .. possibly was like that on the photograph I took so I copied it :hehe: ) but I will correct it shortly before it goes off this week to the owners of the beach bar in question for fear they suspect they are sliding away ..... And she calls herself an artist .... :lollol:
