Virgin Media Negotiator wanted !

I've got rid of Virgin tele they just cane you for the other two services, I'm paying over £50 per month for phone and broadband.
Last time I rang them and actually managed to get through, they kind of said, if you dont like what you are paying, sod off.
Noit in those words, but that is what it amounted to.

When I complained about the broadband speed on two occasions I was told not to call them regarding this problem again.
If you dont have all three services, you might as well pack the whole lot in, because they will treat you with contempt.

I hate Virgin, to be honest, but I cant be bothered going through the cost and process of having a BT phone line reconnected.
That is their Ace, the phone line that they totally control.
