I'm glad they got to you so quick Dave, I only sent them the day before christmas eve.

The christmas post has been amazing especially given the bad weather they have had to cope with.

Thanks for the seeds John, they arrived around about the same time as we were moving house in sub zero slippery conditions and trying to warm up the new house in time for family arriving for Christmas, it was nice to have a little reminder of Spring during all the snow and ice!

[IMG]Thanks John, it was great to be finally in! As far as keeping warm...as I told my daughter here, wood warms you twice, once as you chop it and again as it burns[IMG]

I'm seeing Chopper tommorow so will sort that out. He is busy at the moment.

I think Andrew is moving house at the moment so that could be the problem.

Great Ziggy, I can post you another set of seeds if you want to give Chopper your batch.

I think you are right about andrewh moving house, maybe not got his internet access sorted yet, he's not been on here since 17th Dec.

Has anyone sown their seeds yet? (I haven't).

Not yet, but i'm thinking about it. Didn't want to end up with a load of leggy seedlings damping off & a foot of snow outside.

We're not out the winter yet.:snow:

Since Barnet Council renaged on our Allotment agreement, I thought they might :( , the small space in our back garden is limited to say the least, I wanted to grow sufficient for Us and the dogs, now it's just a case of what I can, count me out on this one this year, hopefully next year? :D

The *******s. Have Barnet council got gardens out the front of their offices ?
I'd go and claim that as an allotment Vince.

My mate planted a marijuanna plant in the flower bed outside his local police station. It was 6 foot tall before they noticed it.

That is a shame Vince. I'll start thinking now about something that everyone can get involved in next year.

I have good news for you all.

I'm going to have to pull out of this due to general upheaval. Maybe next year.

I know you will all be breathing a sigh of relief, as I was nailed on for the trophy, so good luck to everyone!
