    Classic case of thread drift Palustris - the start was a warning against the dangers of canes causing eye damage (thank goodness in your case not serious)as I recall.

    and then it evolved to warnig about hybonating ladybirds and ded things in wellies, no need to take it so personaly. this is a discution foram after all.

    I would like to point out that I reply sometimes with a bit of tongue in cheek humour, slightly naughty sometimes, If the initial topic is not too serious. If it is poked at the ladies do fight back, get your own back, I love it. I am allowed to wander off the subject at my age.
