As I am ever the optimist - one can hope. [IMG] Know the feeling about tender plants under glass - got some precious plants from Florida and Atlanta, and I too am running out of room.

Now where is that rain? Lorra clouds but water, no.

Fran ( thinking of rain dancing)

After yesterdays work tidying up cranebills and buddleias, the break from gardening is good. Todays a day for planning the autumn changes!

Had about 6 hours of steady rain this morning, stopped now and the suns out, but everythings had a good soak, must be at least 2 months since we've had anything like it.

Here too - steady rain sine 10.0 am, and whilst the sun is briefly out, looking at the clouds more is on its way. Very welcome - though my flowers are just a little hang down, especially the roses. I too watered yesterday - well, if it rained, fine, and if it didn't that was fine too.
