    [​IMG] potted this up wednesday and been waiting for O/H to hang it for me.said he would do it today but of course Englands playing so i thought how hard can it be?

    [​IMG] my finger and thumb are sore and i had to ballance it on one knee with my foot on a stool to drill but England arn`t the only ones with a result today.Men are such drama queens. :D

    Nicely done elainefiz, and nice and straight! Better than a lot of blokes could do! I would have done it for you, but then I am not that interested in football! ;) Don't know about drama queens, but certainly childish some of them!

    Wasn't having a go at anybody on here roders, but I was thinking of a neighbour of mine and some of the things you see on tv. ;)

    Can anybody tell me what this is?
    Mrs.DAG was just bought this by my oldest daughter from Waitrose for managing to go one whole week without smoking! :D
    Planting instructions on it, but no name! ;)

    Dag we had one for our anniversary and it flowered for weeks.Proberbly Phalaenopsis.

    Have now cut it down to a node and am feeding it with special feed hopeing it will flower again.

    If it has bulbs, it's a Cymbidium, which is what I have. They tend to flower in the Autumn time .. or that's their natural time for flowering. Mine has new leaves shooting from the bulblets (which you can take off and plant in another pot) but I don't expect to see any sign of flowers yet.

    She also said that she wouldn't presume to tell me what kind of plant it was, she just thought I was wrong again as usual!!! :D :D

    Its known as a moth orchid (Phalaenopsis) They can be pink, purple, yellow or white. They flower forever and each bloom lasts for months Good as house plants needing north facing window in good light but not direct sunlight. Don't over water.
