We've had two feet of snow! Eeek!

    Good grief, it's enormous! Big enough to sink the titanic, and your pond is big enough to sail the titanic kindred. What a lovely garden. DO keep us posted it's fascinating.

    Icefall two days ago.

    It's -12°C as I type this at five to nine this morning.

    Edit: We've had no snow at all in December (the only area in the country that avoided it) but we have very thick, dense hoar frost that falls from the branches like snow.

    I'm so sick of this. As if the cold wasn't bad enough, my boiler packed up late last night and I had to spend the night on the settee with the electric fire on, wrapped up in blankets! :halp:

    Have you checked that any drainage or vents haven't iced up ?
