I pulled out a lot of little green monsters today

Carried on from yesterday and dug over the rest of my veggie patch. Just a rough dig and removal of large weeds. Blimey the ground is still quite heavy but it’s a good work out.
Grounds full of juicy worms though.

Shops then Cutting Logs again or rather me the labourer...
Mr. W making for the barn having finished with the chain saw..thinking a cuppa now..Me thinking Lunch very soon....

 

Lovely and sunny today so pounced on my trusty green garden tool bag and got to it. Weeded the borders. I had to navigate between the new shoots coming through. Tidied up some scruffy plants. Sadly the Marguerite daisy has croaked it that will teach me not to lift it. Swept up leaves and a ton of bird seed from the back patio then got brave and decided to sow some sweet peas under cover in the greenhouse (first time growing them) Spencer mix, old fashioned mixed and royal mixed. Its unheated in there but they are covered so will try it.
Thinking of giving raspberries a go on the allotment

 

I did get out eventually yesterday..when the rain stopped boy did I move fast..Good old weeds noticed they were underwater could not breathe but still needed culling by me
Sited my greenhouse and done a little levelling now I have seen one a little larger again online Serre & Garden Spa Orangerie Victory 10,5m² - OOGarden.not that one either..

maybe this one...and within agreed budget...

Going for the poly-carbonate windows in green....something to look forward.
nope had to get the silver coloured one and size 4.6 sq metres, otherwise I would have to wait for too long..have lots of seeds so sow soon... Should arrive in 5 days...

Hi @ARMANDII , I have what I think is Clematis viticella. Its died back now but is still wrapped around the obelisk. Would you recommend I cut it back now or wait until spring.

Well the sun is 'sort of' out so I will be too.
Can't wait to get absorbed into something to take my mind off of the woes of present life.

My knees could be better, if only.... I have managed to fall on my knees any times over many years, that is not really a great thing to keep doing..Just as they 'mend' ... like a few weeks ago when we were the mad decorators and overdone it... just managed the hard tiled floor this time for some variety....hands face and boomps a daisy that was not in the plans

Just came in for dinner. Had a greenhouse morning and potted up 25+ young plants that I grew from seed last summer/ autumn, also potted on some cuttings taken from my parent's garden last year that looked pot bound.

Back out after eating to tidy up the mess I've left in the greenhouse then hopefully get to tidy up a few more borders.

 

Went outside for an hour or so as the sun has come out. Weeded the front outside borders and under the monkey puzzle tree. Was nice to get a bit of sun on my face.
