Doghouse, your garden always looks lovely and I think your choice of music is great. :gnthb:

We have done quite a bit in our garden during the last week. I can't remember all of it :old: :hehe: but I'll list what I can.

Reshaped and trimmed 700ft of lawn edges. (Quite a bit to go yet.)
Mowed half an acre of grass.
Pressure hosed about 50 sq m of patio. (Another 150 to go.)
Split and transplanted some of our 5,000 snowdrops.
Transplanted 20 bee orchids from our front lawn to the bee orchid area at the bottom of the garden and filled and reseeded the holes - which the birds left alone for 3 days and then decided to have a good dig around .
Cleared out a lot of dead plants from our charity plant sale area and tidied up and repotted others.
Bought 600 litres of potting compost - Wickes 4 x 75 litres for £12. My poor back :( :old:
Bought 1 x 20 kg gravel (small) for putting on surface of some pots - had to wash it first.
Bought 1 x 20 kg gravel (medium) for topping up gully between lawn and patio - not necessary to wash it for that use.
Made up a sink garden (photo to follow, when it stops raining).
Dug up and potted a dozen arum italicum 'Marmoratum'.
Dug up and potted double snowdrops (a dozen pots with 3 to a pot).
Dug up and potted a dozen Bowles golden grass.
Dug up and potted a dozen alchemilla mollis.
Dug up and potted 2 dozen pink lamium.
Dug up and potted a dozen variegated grasses.
Potted 3 dozen Geranium Harlequin plug plants (thanks Strongy :thmb:).
Potted on a dozen (or so) Sarcoccoca.
Planted lots and lots of sweet pea Blue Monday, Perfumed Delight and Burgundy (some planted last week are already 4" high!).
Planted Koralik disease resistant bush tomato seeds.
Planted Alicante tomato seeds (we only do these for sale).
Planted San Marzano plum tomato seeds.
    Planted chocolate cherry tomato seeds.
Planted four other varieties of tomato from our last year's plants (can't remember the names at the moment).
Planted a variety of chilli seeds.
    Potted on some chilli plants.
Started tidying up the overwintered chilli plants (some have died :().
Cut back and tidied up lots of shrubs.
    Cut down the pampas grass.
Cut down a lot of roses (can't remember whether they are Damask or Musk but are very highly scented with very prickly stems and branches and enormous hips).
    Tidied up our cyclamen bed.
Tidied up our Chinese lantern bed.

Today I've just hid from the weather. It's like winter.
    Enjoyed looking at Doghouse's garden.
Hoping the few seedlings I have covered with fleece in the cold flame will be allright.
    Waiting for spring.

Thanks for that and you've been a lot busier than have I.

I ran out of room in that jukebox, I s'pose I could have bought an ipod, but they aren't the same are they? so in January I bought this. A bigger choice of music when I'm gardening.

looking good doghouse. looking really good. Thats a mighty big work load you have there to keep that looking as it does.

Today I managed to plant a few potato tubers in the big bin before the hail came down, Im about three weeks later then last year, but Im sure nature will catch up.
