I cooked home grown organic Spuds,Peas,Carrots and then added shop bought cauliflower and brussel sprouts to go with it:snorky:

I podded the peas first that I picked Friday so they that took a little bit of time:biggrin:

I'm not a carrot lover but I do like my sprouts but only eat them every so often as they kick a flare off, so depressing constantly watching what you eat

              Enjoy your day also :)

Well I'm not sure its depressing, you got two choices as Woo see's it,you can eat what you want and become another NHS statistic early or eat healthily and see my grandchildren grow up,and when I see them, its all worth it, when they reach their teenage years then its back on the custard doughnuts and all the rubbish I used to eat;):heehee:

No idea if tonight's ides will work, but I will find out soon......

We're having baked potato (cross slit, drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of ses salt), with a mix of tuna, spring onion, tomato (flesh only), grated cheddar cheese, finely chopped red chilli, crispy shredded smoked bacon, lightly fried garlic all combined together with salad cream as a binder.

Bit of butter on the tatties, and then the mix on the side

You have a standing invite @silu, you know that :)

I forgot that there was chopper flat leaf parsley fresh from the garden on the mixture - it worked really well actually, and it was clean plates all round

Spanish weather, so Spanish food...tapas followed by home-made paella washed down with an icy mojito. Now back to the pool
