Do you make your own dukkah and did you mix the dukkah with the mince, coat it in it or dip it after cooking?

As I spend so much time up the Cowley Road in Oxford I buy it now.

Sorry. Yes it was mixed in with the mince. Made the burgers in the morning, wrapped them in cling film and put them in the fridge until cooking.
I fancy the idea of using it in a seehk style kebab using pork mince and finely chopped liver and/or kidneys.

I was wondering about mixing it in the mince because if you didn't let it stand for a while it could be too dry and noticeable in the meat.

That's it. All the flavours infused into the burger with the lovely occasional hazelnut crunch.

Just thought I'd mention about using foil and cling film.

How many of you have trouble with it coming out of the box whilst you're trying to unroll it?

Who doesn't look at the package properly? :heehee:

      Watch this :blue thumb:

Last night I had a 'networking' meeting at an Indian restaurant (spouses welcome, and all paid for by the organisation :blue thumb:). It was a special deal that this restaurant does on Mon/Tues/Wed. Popadoms, starter of your choice, main course of your choice, one side dish between two people, rice, one Naan between two people and only £10 per head. Excellent food. :dbgrtmb:
