    I had a busy day and evening and intended to make a nice meal, but only got as far as a bowl of soup and a mango.

    Loli, did you add any Naga to it? :heehee:

    Tonight we're off to the Indian to spend some of my winnings :). Bombay Blast for me :blue thumb:

      @rosietutu - as promised, this is an Actifry which is the 2-in-1 that we have. Not cheap, but remarkably good in so many ways (and so much more than a chip maker!)

                Just cooking my dinner now.

                Chicken soup followed by rack of lamb, new potatoes, loads of Brussel sprouts and some chillies. That will be followed by apple and plum crumble - picked today.
