What did you have for dinner?

Have left over roast pork, will do something with it.

 

Today, I ave been mostly eating dried stuff.

 

Sirlion steak,chips,mushrooms..

 

Tonight is savoury mince, new potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal veg.
Left over savoury mince will make a cottage pie for another day.

Lidls minced lamb turned into a Cottage/Shepherds pie. Can't remember which is which...
I shall make one to eat tonight and one to freeze for another time,

Lamb = shepherds pie (shepherds guard the sheep ... or rather, they didn't if the lamb ended up for dinner! )
Beef = cottage pie

Thank you M just having a flare up of symptoms from my ongoing illness from building work and a bad nights sleep yesterday. it will ease in a few days :-)
