        This evening: Pan fried chicken breast with black pudding, lemon and tarragon. Accompanied by sautee Jerusalem artichoke with tomato, new potatoes and a green salad. To follow, fresh fruit, then a small slice of cake.

          I just got this picture in my mind!!!

          Your friend chasing some lamb chops across the fields and wielding a chopper. In the background is a sign that says (Escaped from Wales - dangerous chops - approach with care) :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

                Last night, it was roast chicken with roast tatties and yorkshire puds;

                For tonight, I have a small gammon joint currently bubbling away on the hob (smells fantastic!), once done the stock will be reserved for soup tomorrow along with around half of the meat (then I will add onion, celery, carrot leeks and tatties to that); the other half of the gammon is for tonight along with the left over half of the chicken from yesterday - going to have the two meats shredded up and then warmed through in a white wine and cream sauce.

                      This evening: A winter warmer, a "one pot" dish - Shredded savoy, chorizo, ham, red onion, chick peas and potatoes and a glass of really robust red wine. Then a mince pie!
