Going out for a GBK before going ti see jersey boys at the theatre :-)

 

Tonite its Sirlion steak,mushrooms,chips..

Very extravagant yesterday, - well it was my birthday - Keta salmon caviar with soured cream, watercress and almond soup, roast goose crown with citrus fruit gravy, potatoes and vegetables, accompanied by a nice red wine. Chocolates and a small brandy with coffee.

Pork loin simmered in cream and buttermilk, garlic, sage. Mashed potato and brussel sprouts.

 

Tonite its Roast beef,potatoes,cabbage..

 

roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings

 

Fatted calf seeing as prodigal son returned on Friday
Oh ok, not a *real* fatted calf ... slow cooked beef had to suffice - but, it was appreciated (and very tasty)

 

Salmon and buttered leeks :-)

 

A well done rib eye steak with a peppercorn sauce, gratin potatoes with leeks added as a layer, & broccoli.

and very yummy it was ...
