Jacket potato again, you can tell OH is back in UK :heehee:. Really can't be bothered cooking when it's just for me. I do have cheese, tomato, spring onion and a choice of ham or salt beef to have with it though. Decisions, decisions lol

I have fillet steak :-) I will be flash frying and thats it as i like it very rare which is apparently the lowest calorie way of eating it as your body finds it hard to digest so you don't get as many calories :hapydancsmil:

then will do some leeks broccoli and chard to go with it

We had home made asparagus soup. I had sirloin steak (rare) with new potatoes and stir fired white cabbage with browned onions and cumin. Mrs Shiney had veggie risotto with green beans, carrots, courgette, asparagus in a red pesto sauce.

We then finished off with M And M's. Not the unhealthy type :nonofinger:. Fresh Alphonso Mangoes and Melon. :dbgrtmb:

Sunday we had: Breast of duck with black olives and puy lentils, some buttered potatoes and a small leafy green salad. A glass of very good Chianti, then some fresh fruit.
