Well I have been trying out something different over these last 2 days - food reduction then back to hedonism on Thursday! [IMG]

Yesterday was supposed to be just a punnet of strawberries (reduced price) but I snuck in 3 oatcakes and some cheese...(so kill me now!)
Tonight it's just a carton of "Glorious" Tuscany chicken soup (not tried)...then will see if I can hold off sneaking in a naughty small bowl
    of shreddies later!

This is the reason that I am coming back to the UK in September after being away for 2 years.

I made a nice spag bol using a recipe from some dude in Tuscany, he recommended adding milk as well as red wine and it turned out amazing...best I ever had.

Finished off with 4 rounds of toast with lemon curd on, 2 sausage rolls and a pizza slice from Gregs the bakers, oh and a cream cake that a client gave me yesterday....In bed at mo quaffing a cheese spread and Dorito crisp butty while on the net.

Some of the crisps have fallen out, so I've brushed them over on the Mrs side while she slumbers.... I hate crumbs in the bed.

Back to protein shakes and no carbs Monday until Friday, so weekends I pig out.

I bought some organic small chicken fillets (reduced price) so decided to make a chicken thai curry...the cheat's way - using a prepared good quality red thai curry paste. Added coconut milk, roasted red pepper, lots of flat leaf parsley and thin chinese egg noodles.

To my surprise, despite actually having hunger pangs earlier (very rare), I could not finish it [IMG] (I have been eating less of late) so guess what I will be having tomorrow? [IMG]

Got the wok out tonight and stirfried some mini chiken fillets with some fajita seasoning and then added a diced aubergine and at the very end of cooking added spinach

Then had mixed salad leaves topped with humous on the side

Which would of been lovely and healthy but i had two Mr Kipling brambley apple pies after lol

5th June is our wedding anniversary - so, pushed the boat out so to say. - Globe artichoke from the garden, followed by locally caught lobster, some Jersey potatoes a leafy salad and a bottle of pink Champagne, then strawberries with fresh orange juice and a little of the Champers poured over.
