    We had steak pie & chips!!! It was such a treat! & I had a couple of glasses of Prosecco, which means I failed stoptober! :whistle:

    I also cooked shepherds pies for the freezer, I'm looking forward to those next week :)

                I made myself a chicken korma for the first time ever. Slightly bodged the recipe but it was still really nice.

                  Chilli con carne, And I added a square of dark chocolate which made the sauce really thick, yum. And chicken fajitas made the Jamie Oliver way, which were delicious. No more expensive spice packets for me now.

                                6" Tuna sub, with red onion, gerk, peppers, and a drizzle of light mayo.
                                Gonna need something else later though.
                                I had some Oxtail soup recently @Beckie76 , but I think it tastes different to years ago :sad:.
