Thought we had a thread for this - last night pan fried salmon with dauphinoisse potatoes and green beans. It was unbelievable and I was very surprised!
      Tonight, roast beef (what else?!)

Now the weather has cooled a bit, and with the rain lashing down, it was time for some jacket potatoes <img src=" title="WantLick :yummy:" />
I like to make the most of having the oven on so I was wondering what to put in the oven with them: chicken thighs was the answer. Can't go wrong with jacket potatoes and seasoned chicken thighs.
Unlike the bricks which came out of the bread machine earlier today! :th scifD36: So, after getting some more yeast and having a success with that, it was time to decide what to do with the bricks? :think2: Bread and Butter Pudding!!! :delish:
My menfolk are *very* happy :heehee:

A tin of chicken soup for me. That's what I always have for dinner on a training day. Anything harder to digest can result in unpretty scenes when your throwing yourself about with great vigour for 2 hours.

Last night we had homemade cottage pie & tonight we have homemade spaghetti bolognaise.

I did lots of cooking on Sunday, the freezer is full of yummy homemade meals :dbgrtmb:. I also made a Victoria sponge cake which has already been eaten!
