If having a hot sandwich, sausage and tomatoes, or a plain and simple fried egg, but both have to have HP Jalepeno& lime? sauce on, cannot remember the name properly, I have none at the moment, it is widely available abroad, but not available in UK, unless I by some miracle see it in B&Ms, I will be in the supermarkets whilst on my cruise.

Nooooooooooo matey, it's RED sauce with bacon, BROWN sauce with sausages!!!

Me, I like a good old ham, cheese salad and pickle on french bread, or chicken with mayo, or blt, (both on white) or cheese and red onion.

I don't have a fave filling, but I do love tomato sarnies with sea salt, or banana, or peanut butter, or...... Well, I LOVE any sarnie!!

Stupid programme on this afternoon while I was waiting for another to start ,and some guy was showing someone how to grind mustard seeds, with a pestle and mortar, mix to a paste with ,he used cider but think he said you can use beer, and formed it into balls, apparently that`s how you got mustard 16th century, then Mr Coleman started making it more convenient.

There's only one good kind of sarnie. Bacon and egg double decker.

Lightly butter two slices of bread, to house two rashers of well done but not crispy streaky bacon. A light dusting of cayenne pepper is beneficial but not essential. Then you lightly butter the top of the sarnie, and place a fried egg on top. The yoke should be spreadable but not raw, and the edges of the white should be lightly browned and crispy. Once in position, the egg must be suitably smashed up so that that yoke is spread, some of the crispy brown edges end up in the middle (but only a bit), and the whites should totally cover the bread. Then add the lid, a third slice of lightly buttered bread.
