              I went healthy-ish this morning with soaked buckwheat groats, chia seeds, plant milk, maple syrup, almond butter and banana all whizzed up together in the processor. Delish, like a fine-textured but nutty tasting sweet porridge, and mega filling. :spinning: I ate it quite early and I'm still full! Definitely doing it again.
