What I had for breakfast

Porridge with sliced strawberries, and grapes. Not keen on porridge without something to sweeten it.

 

i have salt on my porridge NG (im a scot so of course i would) anyway i had toast for breakfast this morning

 

Sounds interesting @maria . I have to watch my salt intake though, especially as it seems to be in many things

 

The very best way to enjoy porridge is of course, made with water (no milk) and a little salt, then when it's served add a spoonful of cream and a small tot of Scotch.

 

Poached eggs on toast..

 

bacon and cheese on toast

 

Sausage and black pudding sandwich

Yup it sure is maria...Lorne sausage is my favorite

Breakfast: Caramel porridge. Banana.

Lunch: Chicken liver on toast. Fresh orange segments.

 

Today i had 2 slices of toast and a cuppa tea

skipping breakfast so a coffee for me
