Nicely worded, BM! [IMG] I hope your bush recovers soon from this cat-alogue of cat-astrophies. :D

How long did it take for you to come up with all that in one short sentence, BM? :D And I suppose the little innocent halo will appear now......

At vwhich point does the profanity filter step in? I don't think it works on the 'preview'.
We had problems with this sort of thing on a Caravan forum. We had all been ticked off for language, but it was very mild, they said kids could be reading - I replied that if I found one of my kids reading a caravan forum I would have them down the psychologist cos that would be abnormal. Anyway the filter interfered when people were innocently referring to places like Penistone and Cockfosters. It turned them into something quite offensive when the original was innocent. Afraid it all degenerated when the members started thinking up all the possible names that would get the filter over excited.

It's a good debate, macleaflet, albeit in the wrong place, but it seems like a lot of us do not like the censoring.

I certainly don't think any of us say anything that profound or rude and if someone takes offence, then it's that person's problem. All of us have our own views, ideals and beliefs and we should respect each other for that.

I`m sorry I thought this thread was about cats? We have three, Gizmo, the old man, a real psycho, he`ll rub against your legs and when you go to make a fuss he`ll take your fingers off, James, he was a neighbours cat, they would never let him in the house, never make a fuss of him, didn`t feed him properly, I went into the garden one night,it was teeming down with rain, freezing cold and this poor little thing was curled up underneath our barbie I took him indoors and he`s been with us for two years and is a cracking pet, actually follows me around like a dog, a truly beautiful cat, needless to say the neighbours don`t talk to us anymore. The third cat is Smudge, we acquired her when she was about 4 -5 months old, terrified of heights, children and strangers, since coming to us, she has not gone past the garden gate, but likes eating and sleeping. David.

I already share my half of the bed with one big black one ( ) and two growing little 'uns, so if this one joined in, I'm afraid t'other half would have to move out .... :D :D :D
