    I found this handsome chappie in the kids garden on Sunday. Does anyone know what kind of lovely butterfly or moth that it will turn into, please?

    Cracking photos all round. Those hoverflies have got to be one of the most photogenic insects there are. Well done, both of you.

    Today, it has been very difficult to capture any insect images here in the peaks, mainly due to the very strong winds blowing plants around. The butterflies on my buddleia kept their wings shut for fear of being blown away.... Nice images, Marley.
