    Just the odd moth about, but no crane flys at all up to now.

    Sorry I have no picture to show but I have seen a humming bird hawk moth this weekend flying round the marigolds. The spiders are starting to come in doors had a lovely big one run across the bed as I was about to get in!

    We are getting loads of Daddy Longlegs.One of my pet hates.They seem to flutter everywhere.Our cats like to pounce on them.

    Got to admit i did see a couple on my walk in the park today, but nothing like the usual amounts.
    Thats a really sharp pic roders, as are yours GW.
    What kind of camera are you two using, bet its something impressive. :D

    Cannon Ixis 55,easy to use,it sometimes make even ME look good.....

    Well roders it takes great closeups, better than mine, anyway perhaps thats me. [​IMG]
    GW, I'm not well up on photography but are you using a macro lens?

    Just done a google GW, see its got macro up to two cm.
    I thought you were using an SLR.
    The closeups of yours and roders are much better than my Sony.
