You should pot them up and sell them. :blue thumb: Whenever we've put out any on our sales tables they've always been popular. :)

Just a second dose of iron sulphate to my little front lawn today. I dosed it with half the recommended about 10 days ago and it seems to be shifting the moss very well and greening up a treat.

Can't do anything in the garden yet...only look and make husband do little jobs
for me, that do not involve him falling over!!:old::thud:

So, just sitting at my little table in the computer room, listening to Radio 2, and still
sorting out plants that my husband forgot to water, and see if I can salvage anything.:th scifD36:

I will have to start sowing seeds again, and try to catch up.

Been busy tending germinating seeds in the tunnel and greenhouse, but once the rain eased I've planted out 8 tomatoes, 6 peppers, 3 aubergines, 10 calabrese and 6 brussels sprouts. Oh and preparing more beds for planting/sowing. I've got French beans soaking, so must get those in tomorrow.
Now I've got my feet up  :dbgrtmb:

Bit late off the starting line, but ... today I have planted (in toilet rolls):-
                • sweet pea (blue velvet)
                • sweet pea (Hi Scent)
                • climbing bean (Cobra)
                • dwarf French bean (Masterpiece)
                • Pea (Kelvedon Wonder)
I've started them off in toilet rolls simply because ... rumour has it mice love all of the above. Now, as my garden is the M1 from their home under decking in the garden to the left of me and their all you can eat buffet in the garden to the right of me ... well, I didn't want them stopping off at "M"'s drive-thru to grab some micro-greens  So, I'll wait until the plants get some strong growth before transplanting them to the vegtrug :blue thumb:

I've spent a good part of two hours mowing my front lawn and the grass verge outside my garden, dead headed the daffs in the process too. :)

It's not quite that big Armandii (60 x 50ft) but it feels like it with all the moss that's in it.

I potted on the rest of the sunflowers and planted out the lavender plants that arrived today so the lavender hedge is tiny but now complete

And i staked some of the broadbean plants

I am soooo behind! Sowed tomato seeds last week in the greenhouse, but no sign of any germination yet, it has been so cold overnight. Planted some over wintered plants outside but think the frost got my Salvia 'golden'. Hope it recovers. Planted the last of the potatoes, got the brassica section moved to a new spot and planted out come cabbages. Weeded the border, pricked out some cosmos, hesperis, sprouts, dahlias. Dug over soil in polytunnel ready for tomatoes, should they appear soon:)

Had a big exciting box arrive on my doorstep the other night. I'd been on a night out on the tiles and totally forgot it was coming, leading to some late night drunken staggering from the front door to the garden as I shipped the plants in - I couldn't leave them there as they needed a watering! Looking forward to planting up tomorrow (now i've recovered!) IMG_20150502_084631.jpg
