Watered everything in the greenhouse, squished a few bugs and did some deadheading. Soon be time to plant out all the annuals in the greenhouse. Might do some tomorrow after work.

Spraying my main Dahlia with weedkiller thinking it was aphid spray :wallbanging:

Doused it with three watering cans of water immediately... :fingers crossed:

Created a corner bed, behind the new trellis screen, in the "Utility" area. I had a pot which contained two hebes and rosa rugosa; they were my experimental "cuttings" from a couple of years ago. They are quite a size now and have filled the space in the new bed sufficiently enough that they look "at home" rather than little squirts in a big bed :heehee: Also planted one of my honeysuckle cuttings I took last year from my old garden - that's now hugging the corner.
So, a bed based purely on plants I had taken cuttings of from my previous home: very satisfying!

finished weeding the lavender beds and then weeded half the big bed in the garden

tied in the sweet peas again and relocated a fern and jasmine

The "joy" of keeping a good lawn only for the local cats and foxes to come and take a dump on it :snork:

Netted the dwarf cherry tree. Fingertip weeded and thinned the carrots. Feed the peas and gave the recently plated leeks a dilute feed.
Gave the climbing french beans some words of encouragement. :-)
