I really need to get my finger out:doh:...lots to prick out,pot on and have quite a few bare root Buxus left over from my hedge (for spares) I was trying to think of somewhere to put them just to get them in the ground but space is limited and I don't want to be too hasty so I'll pot them up for now:blue thumb:

Today was "dig up little tree stump" day :)
Now I ache from "dig up mahoosive tree stump" day (cheeky blighter was hiding a big fat belly of a root under the soil :th scifD36: ). Mr "M" is bitterly regretting asking if there is anything I needed any help with today (and I just knew the garden was *not* in his mind when he asked it) :heehee:
I've already put it in his mind that there is more to be done tomorrow (re-jigging the chooks Cube, the veg trug and compost bin) to get that end of the garden sorted. :heehee:

Haven't done much today as my back has been playing up so my OH did a bit of lifting for me by putting one of my pots of tulips into a more sunny position and moving a large wooden trough that needs emptying and planting with something else.

Moved a few things out of the prop which have germinated. I'm itching to sow my toms but I'll wait a little longer. I'm also itching to direct sow some annuals into containers but I'll leave that until April. :spinning:

Was that the little tree stump in the sunny bed you were thinking of leaving? If it was, I think I'd best go hide! :sofa:

Didn't do much today. Potted up some begonia 'bulbs'. I put them in individual pots for now as they're going into window boxes and I want to try and colour co-ordinate them with the other plants which will go in there. Don't know if it will work or not. It was so warm this afternoon I just sat in the sun looking at the garden imagining where I might plant out all the seeds that are germinating/growing away in the conservatory. Was a lovely peaceful, dreamy kind of day which doesn't happen too often so I just made the most of it.

I've done nothing (in the garden :heehee:) for the last two days as I overdid things last week .

I shall carry on edging today, transplanting some shrubs to the new bed (where the 22 conifers were removed - need to dig in more compost first) and all the timber supports that hold the roof of the pergola need rubbing down and treating with Cuprinol.

Anyone offering to come and help an old man? :old: :roflol:
