Still waiting to finish off spraying the wet and forget. Been either frozen, too windy or wet. Its also too cold to do anything.

Only progress is that the begonia seedling in the greenhouse have sprouted already!

I've just ordered some Wet & Forget 2ltrs plus nozzle, it was on "today's special value" two day's ago, on "my wife's favourite TV channel, QVC." £34.98 plus six quid postage.

Are you sure it was 2ltrs? You can get 5L for 29.99 from tesco direct. Or have you got the rapid one?

It's the rapid one. I just checked and it's gone back now to fifty quid!
Glad I bought it when I did!

Same price now as in Amazon but they offer free delivery.
            But I've still saved £10.

Been sowing some seeds in the kitchen this evening :). I normally do it in the greenhouse but weather forecast isn't good next week, snow tomorrow and cold all week, easier to sow coated seeds individually when your hands aren't freezing. I nearly slipped on my ass last time it snowed while carrying pots of sowed seeds.

7 variety's of petunia - purple velvet - tidal wave silver - tidal wave red - burgundy - blue - double rose - reflection mix. 4 variety's of lobelia 166 plugs in total and about 20 calibrachoa seeds.

This year I'm doing nothing in my garden besides keep it tidy, not going to buy any new plants at all.
Going to remove a few plants and place in pots as were putting our house on the market, hoping to buy a bungalow. with a large garden

Going to plant some shrubs in the bank I've finished clearing out. A couple of viburnums, a couple of buddleja and possibly a couple of lower growing ones in front. After that either more digging around new greenhouse, or cut back some buddleja and some general weed removal.

If you can call it a job, I changed the bulb in one of my security lamps on the front of the house. You can just about see it in this photo.

                                P1000140.JPG

This required going up an extending ladder, the top of which was just below the trellis. I had to hold onto the top of the trellis with one hand whilst changing the lamp.

Fortunately, my wife didn't see me, otherwise, "I'd have been in serious trouble!"
