Square 114mm plastic guttering has its uses if kept fed and well watered. (drainage holes drilled in btm)

Been in and out of the garden today, planted a couple of monarda scorpion, I find growing monarda a bit temperamental . Dead head lots of plants, cut back the sambucus black lace which was casting to much shade, tidied up the greenhouse look much better now. Planted some pelargoniums / lewisia in some terracotta pots for a GH display

My stacker pots are planted out. We will see if they take or not. Apologise for all the debris inn the photos. Tidying and planting jobs are going hand in hand at the moment.

Two final cuts in this hot spell for 2 customers.
All was going well till I was cleaning up some ground where the Badgers had disturbed only to hit a wasp nest.
Touch wood not a sting from any of the nests I’ve disturbed over the years and I got away with it today.

Scary! I had a wasps' nest in a plum tree. My fault, I had let some fruit over ripen, get pecked by birds and wasps took over. :noidea:

I've got myself committed to digging out tons of soil to expand patio area at my niece's new build!!!!!! Hopefully it will be a little cooler this week when I start the work. Might get some help.....might??? :noidea:

On the brighter side, my order for thalictrums should arrive tomorrow:yay:
