As everything is sodden outdoors thought i would make a start in sorting out the elephant garlik cloves, rounds and bulbils.

Came across some bulbs that are from last years crop, still in A1 condition.

Hi @Gail_68 Mine is a mango popsicle. I bought it because it was orange. I'm expecting it to stay that way.

Pruned the wisteria and a bit of the apple tree while I was up there. Pruned the gooseberry as well. Fed the tomatoes - melons - cucumber and all the pots, bit of weeding / deadheading and showed the sister around the garden. The lawn not ready to rip up yet but hopefully soon.

That's what mine are . What you'll get are red spikes that fade to orange and yellow spikes that fade to cream . You won't get the " normal " red hot pokers that flower red and yellow on the same spike.

Mine have always flowered from May to July.

I've had red hot pokers before...ones that was a nice fire red short with thick leaves and when we came here I brought two that flowered total yellow but the dog ruined them.

Hold on i'll pop outside in my pyjamas and take a shot mate ;) then download them :)
