A good morning’s work......I never “potter”, just get everything done as ASAP but maybe I should potter more:)
Trimmed Montana Elizabeth, potted on salvia Waverley and salvia Mexicano Purple Velvet and planted out persicaria Fat Domino
Relieved to notice clumps of crinum Powellii Alba are growing now. Hymenocallis too growing well after the winter.
Lawns need cutting again so will whizz out there later

Pruned 10 wisterias, potted on a thousand or so Agave Americana variegata, then 500 Aeonium 'Schwartzkopf', waved a bag of compost over some seed packets and hey presto! hundreds of beautifully-formed seedlings appeared. Mowed and edged 2 acres of immaculate lawn, then harvested 20kgs of succulent asparagus. Going to get really busy this afternoon, though ;-) :-)

Well ended up having a lovely day. Started off just pulling a few weeds in the “outside” border and have ended up doing a full on weeding session all around the exterior. Then emptied and repotted the front pots with the new plants. Mr snorks went out and bought a new sprinkler. He loves gadgets and is now obsessed with the tick tick tick sound of it :rolleyespink:

Finished drilling and bolting the post supports to the slabs, just mulling over the best way to make them sit level with the slabs being riven, first thoughts are plastic window packers. Potted on some agastache sangria and the two giant seedlings and probably like a lot of people I have loads more to pot on but struggling for room in the greenhouse,.

Painted our little occasional table we use in the garden now and again, with Dulux Mahogany Weatherseal, so it'll match the rest of the wood in the garden.

This one, as it was twelve years ago. It's drying "in the room."

It was part of the furniture in my office when I was working, but when I retired I "recycled it," as I did some filing cabinets.

Gave all the pots some water.

Tomorrow I've got to get some weeding done, it's a "hands and knees" job as I have to get under the azaleas etc., I've also got to spray the big lollypop acer, it always gets a lot of greenfly at this time of the year. I'll also change the water in the new fountain. It's no longer this clean.

                  P1020562.JPG

It only holds a few gallons and although it's clear, the surface of the main bowl looks a bit mucky, so much for the algae controlling (bird friendly) tablets. Fortunately there's a drain plug, so it's easy enough.

Thanks for that, but the photo is of the tea-house.

This is the six-foot concrete pagoda I made over thirty years ago, same year as the tea-house, that's still going strong.

                      Last year.

In 2015, the camellia to the left had to go, as it was getting too big. The black bamboo in the corner has grown quite a bit since.

Please excuse my son :heehee: he deserves to be in the picture actually. His strength and mathematics enabled this pond project to run seemlessly.
Wildlife pond .... :wub2: nearly there :dancy:

@Loki I see in the foreground of picture number 1 that you have your "adjustomatic" waiting for another small adjustment :heehee:

Joke aside, looks so amazing! Keep us up to date with new pcs as you go along please :)
