Alright then, but promise not to laugh  :)

It took me all of ten minutes.

I grabbed 4 x 6ft long mini-cloches from the shed and seven large hoops from a tunnel cloche that I don't use anymore.

I stuck the large hoops in the gravel just inside the edges of the propagator and across the middle and then draped three of the mini-cloches over them from front to back.

Then I laid the fourth mini-cloche across the from on the other three and hooked one of its wires over a wooden piece of the greenhouse support by the glass on the left.

          P1140014.JPG

To open up the cover all it needs is to take hold of the right hand end of the mini-cloche that's across the front and let it drop down. It stays supported at the left hand end because the wire is looped over the wooden strut.

          P1140011.JPG

And then there's access to the plants in the propagator. The mini-cloches that are from front to back can easily lifted up to get to things. :dbgrtmb: But haven't needed to, yet!

If the plants get much bigger I can just stick some canes into the gravel to lift the cloches higher.

It looks okay Shiney and it's obviously doing what it's supposed to. The plants look cosy in there too. :dbgrtmb:

Given what a bislexic dastard I am I'm gladly accept a wordsmith award :)

But it is just the act of operating a mechanical digger, so I reckon it may even be grammatically sound :)

Not sure about that. Yes the word does exist but it means something completely different Kristen and it's not lawful. :ouch1:
