Been outside collecting seeds and dodging spiders. I'm sure they've grown since yesterday. :hate-shocked:.........it's quite chilly out there. Had to wear a fleece.

Didn't get out there, got called into the agency for a meeting.

Good news is from Monday, I am guaranteed 3 days work with 1 company on an on going basis, most weeks should be 5 days, if I only get 3 days, the agency will put me as top of the list for suitable work on those days, as they have Clients ringing in and asking for me by name. ;)

      Great news, Steve :dancy:

I've done a load of pressure hosing as the weather is so nice. Now I'm going to wander round the garden with a camera before picking beans, blackberries, pears, plums and apples. :blue thumb:

Yes, some good news at last, hard work and a REAL work ethic to get the job done and done well, pays off in the end.

I am looking forward to seeing your photo's. :dancy:

And this is the last of the 8, 10 story trees being lifted over the house to the front for logging.
See the crane, which was sitting in the front yard.
[IMG] We still have lots of trees left.

Strimming around the apple trees, good for picking up windfalls, not good news for grasshoppers (ouch!) and rabbits.

Well had to be ruthless today :cry3:
Emptied all the summer bedding pots on the front earlier past there best now.
Will plant them up with some wall flowers, polyanthus and pansies tomorrow.
Picked some more toms and spring onions from the GH

I've got a couple of trays of Violas to shove somewhere, plus some bulbs to plant out (apricot Daffs, white Daffs and red Tulips) and a couple of Prunus Royal Burgundy to plant out. Also need to move a small Prunus Stella which is being relocated. I have to go to B&Q and lug copious quantities of compost home, if my back lets me (have knackered it in spring cleaning).

Planting bulbs, cutting some grass, digging up plants, splitting plants, pruning shrubs, pulling weeds.

Well potted up the pots with primroses, pansies, tete a tete daffs and small conifers.
My local plant man on the market (who I got to know quite well over the last year) did me a good deal.
He's got some small Trachycarpus that I'm tempted with. 2 for £9

Not dared to hang around in the garden too much today. This morning I went out into the garden when a fox shoot out of the border in front of me across the lawn and disappeared into the back border (and I live in the town). So not done a lot today. I have a friend staying so decided to take her out for the day.

Dragged up some annuals which were past their best. I want the pots they were in for some spring bulbs. Hacked down some of the sycamore which had sprouted from the stump....will have to get rid of the stump I think. Brushed up and did some watering and then filled some bird feeders.
