Bought an very large, overgrown, un-named Fuchsia from the lady next to me at the boot sale today, for £1.:blue thumb:
So, when I got home, I tidied it up, and got over 50 cuttings.:spinning:

Picked the last of my Fasol French beans, so now leaving the plants to die down in the soil.:psnp:

Swept patio, took leaves off my tomatoes, I shall pick the green ones and plait them to hang up and ripen.

    Done all my watering.

    Enough done today, more tomorrow.:help:

Not as much as I wanted. Within 1/2 hour of going out the back, next door wifey decides it's time for a chat, spent the next hour and half trying to get away. She is lovely and so is her (sometimes interfering ) husband, but he means well.

Just about to get going again , when OH comes back from taking our Niece swimming, with both the Ma-in-law and a car full of shopping, declaring, once the shopping is put away, we are off out for Carvery. This means a shower and change of clothes... :eeew:...:heehee:

Nice meal, and a few beers put paid to any sort of work this afternoon.... :ccheers:

Painted the replacement fence panel, cut the lawn, weeded, edged the borders, deadheaded, watered and separated 3 pups from my musas, potted them up and gave them to me mam and me sister.

Pegging strawberry runners into pots. I've done about 100 so far with nearly 300 more to go. The 60 plants they're on were from Aldi @ 6 for £1.99, the pots & trays came from a skip at Aldi where they'd chucked loads of plants they'd let dry out and the compost was 30p/bag reduced at Asda. The mulch sheets they're growing through were 75p each reduced from Wilkos.

I'll save a quarter (100) and sell the rest. Then next year I should have over 1,000 runners and if I keep doing that every year, in 9 years I'll be a millionaire.

Started pulling up some of the summer bedding on the back and getting the wallflowers in.
Must get some daffs and tulips at the weekend

Got around to digging up some of my Japanese anenomes, and replanted them in my new flower bed. Cleared up a lot of leaves, and picked up some windfall pears.

Thats all I could do today, too many other jobs to do in the house today, so will try to catch up om Wednesday.

If that's as good as it gets, then yes :coffee:

Got home, had time to water pots, deadhead a few and run the hoe around. Then had to cook dinner and RELAX.........

Didn't do much in the garden today except wander around with a mug of coffee. The nights are getting darker much earlier now.
