Wow Julie D you are very organised and tidy...my glass house on the other hand!
SNOW is falling very heavily atm and worse it's lying so looks like the shovels will be needed yet again. Would love to getting on in the garden but that's a definite no for now.

Hi Julie D - that looks fab. It all looks like it's ticking along nicely.

Today I've done a bit of weeding but the heavens opened. That combined with chilly temperatures meant I wimped out and went inside for a cuppa. Hope the weather's better tomorrow.

Emptied the compost bin into my 2 raised beds. I need to move the compost bin anyway as it is in the middle of where my chickens will be going. It is made of pallets and is 18 months old, but is starting to rot really badly aswell so I will need to get some more pallets and dump these.

I try to keep organised but at some point it fails. No snow here but it has rained almost all day.

Planted a cherry tree out front, planted my Rosa Queen Elizabeth in a planter and drilled holes in the bottom of my new planters. Cuppa and a slice of lemon drizzle loaf before I go out again and plant some Rhododendrons in planters.:coffee:

There are few greater pleasures in life than a cuppa in the garden while you admire nature's handiwork.

I've been back in the GH again, seem to have spent the whole weekend in there!

          130 Onions potted on.
          60 tomato seeds sown.
More Onions sown (we're trying to be self sufficient in onions), don't ask!
          Leeks sown.
          Lettuce sown.
Cabbage, Calabrese, Cauliflower and Sprouts all sown.

          Oh, did I mention ONIONS!

Just waiting now for a heated propagator or the airing cupboard to become available for the sowing of my peppers and cucumbers!:dbgrtmb:

It was quite sunny and dry, but not all that warm, today so I sowed some different varieties of tomatoes seeds and started sowing some perennials and annuals. I also removed my Canna seedlings from the heated propagator and put them in a unheated propagator to harden them off a bit. It is so nice to get started with some serious sowing......Spring might be here but the weather isn't yet quite Spring like:snork:

It isn't going to be Spring-like before this month is out ... at least. Jet Stream too far South, stuff over the Pole that shouldn't be there and is pushing "weather" our way ...
