I think I am going to have to bring one of my sets of shelves indoors, site it by the French doors, and fill it with seed trays just to get my tomatoes started.

Ach, only for a wee bit - a wee flash of my smile, and maybe a chocolatey treat, will sort that out ;)

Im actually building igloos for the plants today.. to protect them from the cold overnight.. this apparently works.. stick a candle in there and it's all good. The snow is of piste quality so it should work

The digging out of my drive (snow) didn't happen today I was too busy indoors but I'll be back out there tomorrow.

Stephen if you want any more snow for igloos let me know, I don't think eskimos are buying right now! :heehee:

Scarified two lawns. First time I've done it during a fall of snow! It was fine when I started but then clouds rolled in - but I'd started so I finished.
Now got six big bags of moss plus a wheelie bin of it to get rid of. Don't want to add it to the compost heap as the moss had been treated with sulphate of iron.

Snow shovel and pick axe ready to break up the soil if the Tundra thaws a bit.

I wish! I walked into one of the offices at work on Monday, and said good morning to the woman that was the only one in there, and she broke down into floods of tears - - apparently, I have that effect on women  :dunno:
