Today should prove to be a bit of fun, as I have my first group of primary school children coming to visit the garden and sketch the various sculptures.:)

Not sure, Aesculus came back from the fun fair all excited that he'd won a Guinea Pig. Since then its got a lot bigger & now has its own sofa. Eats all the Hobnobs if it gets the chance. Armandii feeds it fish.

Fed my tomatoes and cucumbers in the greenhouse. Surprisingly there's one tom starting to ripen. :thud: Rain's stopped play for everything else.

Lolimac, sorry to hear you're pumping water again. Will it ever end!

I've not done much at all in the garden recently because it's been raining too much to get out there

Rain was torrential last night, literally pouring down the driveway, but forecast to be better today with some showers later on, so today I will mostly be mowing the lawns (if they dry out), potting on some roses (bought another 'indoor' rose from Morrisons for £2, which again turns out to be four plants in one pot) and sweeping the top patio.

All of the above depends on this hangover clearing up - too many Stella Artois Cidres and too many dogs on the bed does not make for a good night's sleep!:doggieshmooze::ccheers:

Both ones I've bought from Morrisons have turned out to be four plants in one pot, each with its own root system, so pretty easy to separate. This is them after I'd just separated them. They are all outside now and doing pretty well :blue thumb:

I've managed to get the lawns mowed and sprayed some weeds. It's quite nice out, sunny/cloudy but warm.
