    They are indeed Jenny.

Not exactly sure what they`re feeding on though. There are Plenty of worms under there but could they be feeding on clover seeds?

    :dunno:

Probably crane fly larvae ? They must be getting ready to change, emerge and fly.
    Ziggy will know,

Oh dear, I hope they don`t get them all. I feed the adults to my tropical fish.:snork:

I`d never had guessed that`s what they may been feeding on though. Thanks Jenny.

Well, in the words of the great Victor Meldrew, I don't believe it! I left work at ten to three, noticing that it was dry I thought I'd pick the wee one up from school, get home and cut the grass. I got as far as, the roundabout at the end of the road from my work and it started chucking it down!

I'm gonna look for ID labels in my troughs and baskets with Fuchsias. Loads in bud and some in flower.
And remove lots of soggy, dead heads everywhere.

This website is in its own timelock I think. It seems to vary from day to day. That's why I often quote a real time when I do the "what's the weather like today",

Have walked the dogs and just about to have a cuppa and read the news, then off to B&Q for some John Innes No 3, sharp sand and horse manure to plant the new roses in. I then need to pot some of them up, move a Camellia, paint some trellis on the garage with fence paint, then plant out two climbing roses next to said trellis.

Lawn needs mowing but it's so soggy at the moment. Forecast says that we're in for a couple of dry days, so will do the lawns tomorrow afternoon all being well.
