What order????

    Yeah i think the mower must be rolling them creating a bigger mess,will need to start looking for new casts before i mow the lawn...

    Suppose to use a "Switch" to remove them before mowing. I doubt any of us have one of those, second up would be a Besom - like Witches fly on, allegedly! Other than that a broom. I tend to just kick mine sideways with my boot, but that's definitely not the recommended method!

    Agree with Kristen - use a besom/lawn rake prior to mowing.

    The spots may be caused by ants - we have lots here on sandy soil
