I've just been into the Kitchen to make a Mug of Tea:coffee: and, looking at the Kitchen window have found 7 Ladybirds that have "booked in" for the night.:snorky: I've also noticed, over the last week, that there's a fair amount of Bees, Hover Flies and Gnats flying around in the garden during the day.:hapydancsmil:

The bumble bees I've seen here so far this year have been quite big.

It has got quite hot out in the garden and there are dozens of big bees flying around. I always used to call them bumble bees but don't know if they are, or not. I've been walking through crowds of them flying around and being very noisy.
